Do you only work with businesses in Birmingham?
No. Most of our clients never visit the office. We’re based in Birmingham because it’s home, but we work with businesses all over England and Wales using secure online systems, video calls and electronic signatures. If you’re in Scotland, we’d generally recommend finding a Scottish accountant because Scottish Income Tax works a little differently. We can certainly help, but a local specialist may be a better fit.
Do I ever need to come into the office?
Only if you want to. Most of our clients upload documents, sign paperwork electronically and speak to us over the phone or on Teams. It’s usually quicker for everyone. If you’d rather sit down over a coffee, that’s absolutely fine too.
How much do you charge?
Probably less than you think. We believe good accountancy should be affordable, especially when you’re starting out. Most clients pay a fixed monthly fee, so there are no nasty surprises.
Are you the cheapest accountant?
