Do You Cover The Whole Of The UK?Yes, we are an on-line practice and cover all of the UK. It is only fair however to point out that we are based in England, so anyone who wants an accountant who specializes in the Scottish tax system (which differs slightly from the rest of the UK) may want to choose a firm from north of the border.

Will My Price Be Fixed In Advance?Yes! We will agree on the price in advance so that you know where you stand.

Will That Price Ever Change?We do apply a small inflationary price increase every year, but apart from that, your price will only change if: a) You need more services from us, for example, if your company registers for VAT. b) The information you gave us in the first place changed or was not accurate. For example, if you told us that there would be fewer than six transactions per month and it turns out there are over 1000, then we will charge more.

What Is Your Approach To Pricing And Your Clients?At Quickfire, our aim is to be the fastest and cheapest professional accountants in the UK marketplace. We know that getting your accounts and tax returns done is a stressful nuisance, and we can't think of a single reason to make it any more painful than it needs to be. If you sign up with Quickfire and follow our simple steps, then we can get your accounts done with minimal cost and minimal fuss.

What Information Will You Need From Me?If you have a company, we will need the following: a) Companies House authentication code for your company, what's that? b) HMRC Unique Tax Reference (UTR) for your company. What's that? c) A bank statement, ideally in a .csv format (we can accept a PDF file, but the price is higher), which covers the whole of your accounting period and includes the balances (at the very least the opening and closing balances). d) a simple list of who you owed money to at the end of your accounting period and how much. e) a similar simple list of who owed you money at the end of your accounting period and how much. f) If the company has filed accounts before, then we also need the last set of accounts, the trial balance, what's that? for those accounts, and the last corporation tax return, along with the tax computations for that year.

How Do I Get Started?1. Complete the contact form or email enquiries@quickfireaccounts.com. Make sure you include a phone number where we can reach you. 2. We’ll call back, gather a little more information about your business, confirm the price and talk you through our processes. 3. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll send you an email with a list of the information we need. It will include things like bank statements (in a CSV file format) and access codes so that we can submit your accounts and corporation tax return. We have to comply with UK money laundering legal requirements, so we also have to ask for a copy of your passport or driving licence. 4. We’ll also send a link so that you can sign up for our direct debit. 5. Once we’ve received the information and the direct debit is in place, we’ll prepare your accounts and corporation tax return and email them to you. This normally takes less than three days, so long as we have everything. 6. We’ll also tell you how to pay HMRC if you do owe them tax. 7. We’ll also send an invoice and trigger the direct debit payment. Once payment is received, we’ll file your accounts with Companies House and submit your corporation tax return to HMRC. We can do it quicker if there is an urgent deadline, but payment needs to be received before we can submit the accounts and tax return.

You Said You Aim To Be The Cheapest In The Market. How Exactly Does The Pricing Work?If you have: a) A single limited company b) with a single bank account c) you're not VAT registered d) you have less than 40 transactions a month, e) are happy with email support, f) and you just need your annual accounts and corporation tax done …then the price is £395+VAT You don't have to do any bookkeeping, you don't have to pay for additional software, but you will need to provide information (what info?). If you have more than one bank account, we normally charge an extra £150 per account, which includes company credit cards, loan accounts, crypto accounts,ts, etc. It's a good idea to talk this through with us, as we might be able to provide that figure. It does depend on how you use those accounts and what type they are. If you're VAT registered, we normally charge £120+VAT to do each VAT return, and the annual cost of the accounts goes up by £150+VAT. If you need us to get you registered for VAT, there is a one-off charge of £75+VAT If you need a personal self-assessment, it’s £220+VAT per year. If you need us to get you registered, there is a one-off charge of £75+VAT If you need payroll, it's £9.50+VAT per pay slip. If you need us to get your payroll set up, there is a one-off charge of £75+VAT If you need us to do your confirmation statement, it’s £70 + VAT per year, which includes the fees that have to be paid to Companies House. Telephone support is available for either a fixed fee of £200+VAT per year or £1.25+VAT per minute. If you're happy to use our email support, there is no charge for simple queries, so long as you're paying for our other services. Complex queries will be chargeable. We will try to give you a fixed price at the time. All those prices will go up a little every year with inflation. Also, we assume that the company is registered at an address where you receive the post in a timely manner. We will always trytod be transparent about our pricing so that you know exactly what to budget without any hidden surprises.
